Appomattox Auto Works recently completed body work on my truck following a collision with a deer. The damage was significant; front bumper, left front fender, driver's side door, and left rear fender. Steve was great to work with. He provided a prompt, complete, detailed estimate to my insurance company and to me. Initial estimate to complete the job was four weeks. Availability of parts was a problem due to the UAW strike. Ten days later, yesterday, Ashley called to let me know that my truck was ready. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. There is no indication that my truck had been in an accident. Everyone I dealt with at Appomattox Auto Works was friendly and professional. They were quick to respond to questions along the way taking the time to ensure I understood the process well. It is rare that I take the time to write a review online, but this experience impressed me enough to share it with you. Based on my experience with them, I have no problem recommending that you start and end your search for a body shop with Appomattox Auto Works. In this day and age, when customer service is routinely terrible, it's refreshing to have such a positive experience. My hats off to them. Thank you for taking such great care of my truck.
